Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, etc.) and ensure it aligns with brand voice and values.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on time.
- Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop compelling and creative campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to optimize reach and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships to expand brand reach.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience behavior to enhance social media strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Solid understanding of trends, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of social media campaign management.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
