**Position Summary**

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and socially conscious **Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern** to help us grow our digital footprint and effectively communicate the Foundation’s mission. The intern will support the design and execution of digital campaigns that highlight our work in empowering women and reviving traditional arts and cultural practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)
- Assist in developing digital campaigns promoting women-led initiatives and cultural preservation projects
- Design visually appealing graphics, reels, and short videos using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Write compelling captions, posts, and blog articles aligned with the foundation's voice and values
- Collaborate with field teams to gather stories, testimonials, and media from the ground
- Monitor engagement, track analytics, and generate monthly performance reports
- Conduct research on digital trends, hashtags, and influencers relevant to social impact and art

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Background or interest in marketing, digital media, journalism, communications, or related fields
- Understanding of social media strategy and content creation
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages a plus)
- Interest in women’s rights, social impact, Indian art forms, or heritage
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in a similar field is a bonus
