**Key Responsibilities**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Contribute to the **bid process cycle** to secure successful project proposals.
- Identify project-specific prices for **labor, equipment, and materials** to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Accurately interpret **technical specifications** with a keen eye for detail.
- Perform thorough **quantity take-offs** to meet precise contract specifications and pricing requirements.
- Maintain a focus on client pricing needs to ensure **project feasibility** and competitiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with **trade partners, consultants, and clients** to align with project goals.
- Explore **innovative solutions** and opportunities within the project parameters for better efficiency.
- Conduct detailed analysis of **BOQ (Bill of Quantities)** and provide precise cost estimations.
- Prepare and file tenders, ensuring compliance with all submission guidelines and requirements.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to integrate cost considerations into project planning.
- Monitor and review costs throughout project execution to ensure budget alignment.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of costs, supplier rates, and market trends.
- Oversee **project management** tasks, including resource **allocation, scheduling, and quality control.**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-12 years of experience in civil work, including site execution, tendering, and project management.
- Expertise in BOQ Reading, costing, and tender processes.
- Strong management and planning skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
