**Job Description and Qualifications**

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Preparation of CSA Construction Bid Breakdown (BoQ - Bill of Quantity) from Engineering inputs.
- Coordinate with Engineering disciplines in getting the inputs required to evaluate quantities of each activity and update in Bid Breakdown.
- Prepare Inhouse cost estimation for the Construction Package (Base on Direct Indirect cost).
- Maintain Cost Key and Price Master by Updating information.
- Support Subcontracting team for the preparation of RFQ Construction Package for Contractor.
- Attend the Pre-Bid Meeting with Contractor. New Contractor development.
- Obtains Bids from Contractor and Identify qualified Contractor and Price Negotiation.
- Prepare the Cost analysis Report by collecting analyzing and summarizing the information and Market Trends.
- Work with Construction team & Subcontracting Team in Project execution stage providing them the Inputs on Contracts and Validation of Contractor RA Bill as per AP process.
- Work with Project Cost Control team in Project execution stage providing them the Inputs and Preparation of ETC for Construction Package.
- Reconciliation (True ups) of Construction quantity Vs. PO quantity at the end of the Project.
- Preparation of Final Reconciliation (True ups) and signoff the same with subcontracting Team.
- Supporting global Team from India in various activities.
- In-house Development and Preparation of Cost Benchmark for India Project Execution team
- Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**OTHER ACTIVITIES AND SKILL SET**
- In-depth knowledge of construction and its principles and guidelines.
- Preparation of Tender and contracting Documents for Construction package.
- Consolidate past and ongoing proposal / project data (SAP, Smart tools) for linkage of technical / commercial data, develop unit rates / target costs based on different line of business, regions, etc. Use these data and bring it to as of today cost / benchmark based on market information for ongoing estimate and crosscheck vendor quotes.
- Thorough knowledge of Site health, Safety, Quality, and environment procedures.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute.
- Min. 5-8 Year of Construction Estimation Experiences Required with 1-2 Year of Site Experiences is preferable.
- Previous Experience working with EPC / PMC Company.
- Previous Experience in ASU, Hydrogen, Gasification plants.
- Good computer skills (proficiency in MS Office).
- Fluent Communication skill in English.
- Flexible to work on site for required duration.
- High Energy and Responsive Team member interested to take initiative and work in fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn Overall cost estimation (Civil, Mech, E&I)
- Knowledge of any Estimating software/tool (Ecosys, Cleopatra, ACCE)
- Open to learn and adapt to Air Products culture.
- Knowledge of Construction Subcontracting will be plus.
