**Role & responsibilities**
**RECEPTION/FRONT DESK**
- Greeting and handling visitors at the front office.
- Attending, dialing & screening of all telephone calls.
- Using and Maintaining EPBAX / Telephone system and other modes of communication.
- Handling and keeping records of courier/mails (domestic and international).
- Managing Conference calls to be arranged as and when required,
- Assist in Managing Travel Arrangements / Hotel Bookings of Management, Staff and Company Guests.
**OFFICE ADMINISTRATION**
- Managing office stationary and supplies.
- Assist Admin Manager in Managing office Utilities.
- Assist in facility management & related vendor management.
- Housekeeping Management
**HR- ADMIN**
- Assist in maintaining the attendance record of all staff
- Assisting in new staff onboarding and joining activities The responsibilities can vary slightly depending on the needs of the profile and the company, but they generally encompass the roles mentioned above.
**Experience and Other Criteria**
- Minimum 1-2 years in a front office or related profile preferably in an organizational setup.
- Practical knowledge of handling telecommunication and internet devices for day to day working
- Good attention to details, time-management multitasking and prompt communication.
- Freshers with excellent communications skills and flair for front office / administration position can also apply

LBS Marg, Bhandup (W), Mumbai 400078. INDIA.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
