**Job description**

MBA in Finance is a must. As a Finance Analyst you will be responsible for a variety of tasks like inform about the investment strategy and make investment decisions for the company. This role is data intensive and require strong mathematical and analytical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor company expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Assist in financial data analysis and provide insights for management decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s or MBA Finance preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
