**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns from start to finish, ensuring assets and trackers are accurately set up.
- **Campaign Monitoring & Optimization**: Continuously monitor multiple campaign executions to ensure they launch and deliver on schedule. Optimize performance to meet or exceed client expectations.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as a primary client liaison, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring outstanding customer service and support.
- **Performance Analysis**: Review ad performance against campaign objectives and provide data-driven optimization recommendations to enhance client ROI.
- **Revenue Assurance**: Ensure all booked revenue is recognized while consistently meeting or surpassing campaign objectives.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Identify, analyze, and resolve creative and technical issues, including discrepancies between ad servers.
- **Collaboration & Learning**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, gaining a deep understanding of the online advertising industry and the programmatic space.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of best practices.
- **Mentorship & Training**: Support and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in process management (UK process experience preferred).
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms and campaign management tools.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and analyze campaign performance.

Pay: ₹153,166.44 - ₹250,000.00 per year
