**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Leadership**:

- Define and execute the agency’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Ensure alignment of operations with strategic goals and market trends.

**2. Business Development and Client Relations**:

- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Drive client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality branding services.

**3. Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day agency operations and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor performance metrics, financial health, and operational efficiency.
- Implement processes to enhance productivity and profitability.

**4. Financial Oversight**:

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Optimize financial performance and manage costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

**5. Leadership and Team Development**:

- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the agency.
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the management team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
- Industry Leadership and Innovation:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation in branding strategies and creative solutions.
- Represent the agency in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in a branding agency or related field.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital strategies.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to lead through change and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
