**Job Title**:Preschool Teacher - Early Childhood**

**Location**: Sonipat, Haryana (Rural Segment)

**What You’ll Do**:
**Teaching & Learning (60%)**
- Plan and deliver engaging**,**hands-on, and age-appropriate activities, lesson plans and modules that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a warm, nurturing, and safe classroom environment where children thrive.
- Track children's progress through observations and portfolio management.
- Develop Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM) to make lessons and classrooms engaging and interactive.

**Project Leadership (30%)**
- Foster strong relationships with parents and the community through regular communication and outreach.
- Lead initiatives that enhance school culture and support new teachers, fellows, and interns.
- Use project opportunities to develop leadership skills and take ownership of school initiatives.

**School Culture Contribution (10%)**
- Bring joy, care, and creativity into the classroom every day
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Showcase our values through school events, social media, and community programs.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (**B.Ed. preferred**) or relevant experience in Early Childhood Education.**:

- 2+ years of experience** working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Proficiency in Hindi & **English** to communicate effectively.**:

- Culturally sensitive** & eager to work in rural communities.
- Basic **digital skills** (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).**:

- 6-7 hours/day** commitment to make a real impact

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
