**We're Hiring: Early Years Educators**

**Job Type**: Full Time (6 hour shift)

If yes — **Toybox Daycare** at **Ashoka University** is looking for **Early Years Educators** who are passionate about nurturing young minds through creative, play-based methods.

**Role Overview**

As an **Early Years Educator**, you will work closely with our Program Leader to:

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Create a safe, joyful, and inclusive learning environment
- Support children’s developmental needs — emotional, physical, cognitive, and social
- Build strong, caring relationships with children and their families
- Uphold Toybox’s child-centric philosophy and values
- Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain smooth day-to-day operations

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children
- Warm, nurturing and patient personality
- Good command over English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of early childhood education and play-based methods
- 2-3 years of experience in a preschool/daycare setting
- Open to learning, feedback, and teamwork
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's in Education. Diploma or Master's in Early Childhood prefered.
