**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments using Practo software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the Practo system.
- Verify insurance information and process payments.
- Assist in managing patient records and ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a receptionist in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using Practo software for appointment scheduling and patient management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
- Prior experience in a dental or medical setting is preferred but not required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, healthcare administration, or related field is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
