Sales Associate - Industrial Products (International Sales)

**Location**: Bangalore (Work from Office)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with international clients (primarily US-based) to pitch and sell industrial products and solutions.
- Maintain and expand the customer database through effective lead management and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, technical, and finance to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry innovations.
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, accounts, and interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-6 years of **international sales experience**, preferably in **industrial products**, **engineering components**, **manufacturing solutions**, or **hardware-based offerings**.
- Strong knowledge of **B2B sales** processes and experience with **US or global clients**.
- Excellent **verbal and written English communication skills**.
- Willingness to work **night shifts** (aligned to US time zones)

**Nice to Have**:

- Prior experience in selling to US-based OEMs, distributors, or industrial clients.
- Familiarity with global trade practices, export documentation, and industrial standards.
- Knowledge of ERP or industrial product cataloging tools.
