**Project Coordinator JD**

The duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
- Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-Consultants to complete the Projects assigned
- Prepares Project Plan, Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan
- Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department
- Maintains required quality standards
- Identifies training requirement for the Team Members
- Identifies resource requirement

Area of experience required:

- Creativity and Communication.
- Design Development and detailing.
- Autocad and Revit software knowledge.
- Must know Elevation.
- Must have experience in sketch up.
- Should have experience handling large scale projects.
- Planning of work & executing in an organized manner.
- Knowledge of Statutory Requirements.
- Awareness of Design Standards.
- Team Formation.
- Interaction with Clients.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a related field.
- Good Communication in English and Hindi.
- Ensuring projects documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Qualification: B.Arch Compulsory.

**Salary**: ₹11,796.48 - ₹39,751.01 per month
