We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and persuading them to purchase our insurance products and services over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our insurance products and services.

2. Identify and qualify leads, understanding their insurance needs and offering suitable solutions.

3. Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.

4. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly.

6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar role in the insurance industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sales aptitude.

3. Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.

4. Persuasive and resilient with a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

5. Familiarity with basic computer skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
