**Location - Kohara, Punjab**
- **Primary Tasks & Activities**:_

**1. Updating Sales, Purchase & Stock registers**
- Updating Outgoing Sales Register
- Date, Client, product, quantity, packing details.
- Updating Incoming Material Register to record details of material received (Raw material, Finished Products, Packing material) - Date, Supplier, product, quantity, packing details.
- Updating Store Acquisition register to record details of daily production and Raw material consumption.
- Updating Master Stock Register based on Raw Material received & consumed and Finished Product production & dispatch.
- Updating Packaging register based on consumption and receipt of fresh packing material.
- Updating stock journal in Tally for Finished Product & Relabelled material.

**2. Other tasks**
- Handling responsibilities of production supervisor in his absence.
- Updating own data in MIS in a timely manner.

A. Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate preferably in Commerce.
- 2-4 years experience in data entry or administration, preferably in Chemical / Specialty Chemicals / Personal Care products.

B. Skills & Knowledge:
1. Functional Skills
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Tally - Stock Journal updation.

2. Computer Skills
- Word, Excel, Powerpoint

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Ludhiana - 141010, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
