**Job Title: Data Entry Operator Department: Store / Operation**

**Reports to: Store Manager Effective Date: Immediate**

**Job Summary**:
Data Entry Operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
The data entry operators collate, organize, and capture data into digital databases for a variety of companies and industries. They gather and organize documents for processing, verify the document information for accuracy and inconsistencies, and update digital databases and archives.

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Proven successful experience as a retail of Store Management & data Entry.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Experience in SAP, Excel and entries.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent skill in computer operating.

**Education and Experience**:

- Intermediate or Graduation or Diploma in any related stream shall be preferable_

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
