**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Drafting & Documentation**:

- Drafting legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents such as land purchase agreements, farmer agreements, and other business-related contracts.
- Preparing and reviewing legal drafts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- **Court & Kachary Visits**:

- Represent the company in court and Kachary as necessary, handling routine legal proceedings.
- Attend court hearings, prepare briefs, and follow up on legal matters for resolution.
- **Land Purchase & Farmer Agreements**:

- Coordinate and facilitate the legal documentation required for land purchases, ensuring all legal formalities are met.
- Draft and execute farmer agreements, ensuring their legality and compliance with relevant laws.
- **Follow-Up on Payments**:

- Manage and follow up on TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and TCS (Tax Collected at Source) payments, ensuring timely processing and compliance with tax laws.
- Oversee company SIM payments and Fast Tag payments, ensuring smooth transactions and resolution of any legal issues related to payments.
- **Visits to Gram Panchayat & Police Station**:

- Visit Gram Panchayat for legal documentation related to land or community agreements, as required.
- Visit Police Stations for documentation and follow up on legal matters, ensuring proper legal processes are followed.
- **Case Management**:

- In case of legal cases, visit the police station as necessary to file complaints, gather evidence, or follow up on investigations.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors, if needed, and represent the company’s interests in any legal disputes.
- **General Legal Support**:

- Provide legal advice and support on various corporate matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Assist with legal research and stay updated on any changes in laws or regulations that might impact the company.
- Handle general administrative legal tasks, including document filing, record keeping, and case tracking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,517.36 - ₹25,000.00 per month
