**Legal Documentation & Contracts**: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including LADs, NDAs, purchase agreements, and service contracts.
- **Regulatory Affairs**: Keeping up-to-date with changing laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations and procurement activities.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying potential legal risks in transactions and providing proactive mitigation strategies.
- **Litigation Support**: Assisting in managing litigation matters, dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with court rulings.
- **Legal Research**: Conducting comprehensive legal research to provide accurate advice on legal obligations and opportunities.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Interfacing with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, finance, HR) and external parties (e.g., regulators, vendors, law firms) to ensure legal compliance.
- **Knowledge of Industry Standards**: Proficient in the standards and regulations that govern purchasing processes and legal contracts in [specific sector, e.g., corporate, healthcare, finance].

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,230.55 - ₹22,000.00 per month
