Partner with functional teams, such as Sales, Account Management, Compliance and IT, to attain proficient knowledge around clients, products and processes.
- Selects and performs end-to-end evaluations for completed claim and service events for all members of the Operations team.
- Leverages program and process documentation, such as operational procedures and client, regulatory and internal requirements to measure team member adherence.
- Provides reporting and analytics around team member procedural performance, as well as facilitating regular calibration sessions with operational leaders to drive insights into the team’s adherence and effectiveness in following operational processes and procedures (i.e. SOPs).
- Work with manager and functional leads to identify and make recommendations for areas of continual process improvement initiatives, as well as improving customer experience.
- Maintains a thorough audit/evaluation log for record keeping and reporting.
- Where appropriate, offers coaching and support to the Operational team members.
- Communicate effectively and align team members to our strategy and quality standards.
- Support and assist with on-going qualify initiatives or projects.
- Assist in training new members of the quality team.

Plans, monitors and evaluates end-to-end claim and service activities carried out by Operations to ensure quality results, adherence to processes and procedures, as well as positive customer experiences. Provides quality reporting and analysis to management to aid in the continual development of their teams. Engages functional areas in process improvement initiatives and ensures a closed loop feedback process is maintained.
