Responsibilities The Lead - Quality Assurance Control will have the following key roles and responsibilities Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals to drive continuous improvement initiatives Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality benchmarks and metrics Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and control Qualifications Experience Minimum of 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance Control roles within the Real Estate industry Demonstrated track record of implementing quality standards and control processes Experience in leading and managing a team of Quality Assurance professionals Education Qualification Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Real Estate Management or related field Master s degree in Quality Management or related field preferred Certification required Certified Quality Auditor CQA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification Behavioural skills Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Technical Skills Thorough understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies Knowledge of building codes regulations and standards in the Real Estate industry Proficiency in quality control tools and software Experience with conducting root cause analysis and corrective action planning Non-Negotiable Skills Leadership and team management Quality assurance process implementation Regulatory compliance and standards adherence
