**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Technical (Field/Remote)**:

- Installed and configured AIS-140 compliant GPS tracking devices for various vehicle types.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues in the field or remotely.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and proper functioning of GPS systems post-installation.
- Conduct routine maintenance and service calls as required.

**Support & Coordination**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues with mínimal delay.
- Coordinate with the operations and backend teams for device activation and data synchronization.
- Educate customers on product usage and basic troubleshooting steps.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of installations, issues resolved, and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to the development/support team for product improvements.
- Prepare daily/weekly service and support reports.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of GPS, GPRS, and vehicle electrical systems.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel for on-site support and installation.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Previous experience with GPS tracking systems or vehicle telematics.
- Experience in technical support/helpdesk roles.
- Familiarity with AIS140 standards and protocols.
