**Job Title: Brand Coordinator**
**Salary**: ₹25,000 Per Month
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and connect with new clients through various channels.
- **Brand Growth Strategy**: Develop and implement effective plans to expand the brand’s reach and visibility in both e-commerce and offline sectors.
- **Advertising Management**: Oversee advertising initiatives on e-commerce platforms, including budget setup and performance tracking.
- **Social Media Management**: Maintain and enhance the brand’s presence on social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports on brand growth, advertising performance, and social media engagement for the company owners.
- **Brand Management**: Handle all activities related to the brand, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, primarily in English and Hindi.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Degree is fine but degree is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both e-commerce and offline sectors.
- Fluent in English; basic proficiency in Hindi is a must.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and brand development.
- Strong analytical skills to prepare reports and assess brand performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to various tasks and responsibilities related to brand management.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
