Job Summary Job Title Furniture Designer - Custom Projects Location Cherthala Kerala Company CURA HOME - Premium Designer Furniture About Us CURA HOME is an award-winning furniture design and manufacturing brand redefining modern Indian furniture through a blend of craftsmanship and technology Each piece is thoughtfully designed precision-crafted using European Ashwood and hand-finished to perfection We are looking for Furniture Designers with a strong technical foundation and design sensibility to work on custom furniture projects in collaboration with architects designers and clients Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documentation for custom furniture orders received from architects and clients Convert design concepts sketches or references into accurate 2D and 3D drawings ready for production Coordinate with the factory and CNC teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility and precision Select suitable materials hardware finishes and joinery techniques based on design intent and production constraints Maintain version control of design files and ensure clarity across all technical drawings Collaborate with the Lead Designer and Production Controller to ensure timely delivery and execution of custom projects Occasionally assist in developing new product concepts for CURA HOME s in-house collection Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture Interior Design Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Rhino or SolidWorks Rhino preferred Understanding of furniture construction joinery and manufacturing processes Keen eye for detail accuracy and practical design implementation Ability to interpret architectural drawings and client briefs effectively Prior experience in custom furniture or interior fit-out drawings is an added advantage Why Join CURA HOME Work closely with leading architects and designers on bespoke furniture projects Be part of an award-winning design and manufacturing team known for precision and craftsmanship Gain hands-on exposure to CNC-based production and advanced materials Opportunity for professional growth in a design-driven innovation-focused environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
