We are a leading dairy company seeking an experienced Dairy Delivery Executive to join our team. As a Dairy Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of dairy products to our customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Delivery Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day delivery operations, including routing, scheduling, and dispatching.

2. Route Optimization: Optimize delivery routes to reduce fuel consumption, lower emissions, and improve delivery times.

3. Driver Management: Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they are aware of their routes, schedules, and delivery procedures.

4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Product Handling: Ensure dairy products are handled with care, and damages or losses are minimized.

6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.

7. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.

8. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize delivery operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
