**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the dairy sector to spot growth opportunities.
- **Campaign Planning**: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to increase product awareness and drive sales.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales goals, ensuring product availability and reach.
- **Brand Building**: Enhance brand visibility through consistent messaging, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
- **Promotions and Pricing**: Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotions that attract customers and maintain profitability.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track marketing results, analyze data, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and guide future strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in FMCG, with a focus on **dairy product marketing**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships and distributor partnerships.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and adapt strategies based on market trends.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration**, or a related field. A diploma in **Dairy Technology** or **Agribusiness** is a plus.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Monthly salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000
