The Business Development Executive is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to expand the company's client base, increase sales, and achieve business objectives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Market Research**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective business strategies.

**2. Lead Generation**
- Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead-generation campaigns.

**3. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

**4. Sales and Revenue Growth**
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively selling company products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients.

**5. Strategic Planning**
- Work with the leadership team to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth in the app development and digital marketing sectors.

**6. Collaboration**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align business development efforts with company goals.

**7. Client Feedback and Improvement**
- Gather client feedback and incorporate it into the improvement of products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to provide clients with innovative solutions.

**8. Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.

**9. Networking**
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company's services.

**10. Adaptability**
- Adapt to changing market conditions and industry dynamics to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Embrace new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with app development and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
