**Job Title**: Telecaller (Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, or Kannada - Additional Knowledge of English, Tamil, or Malayalam)

About Us:
**Coretip Private Limited** is a private company, and **Intia**, our project management firm specializing in software product sales, is hiring enthusiastic **Telecallers**. The telecallers will be responsible for assisting with product inquiries, handling customer calls, and providing information about our services. This is a **Work from Home** position where you will help us expand the reach of our software solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in **Telugu, Hindi, or Kannada**.
- Provide detailed information about **Intia's software products** and services to potential clients.
- Assist with product inquiries, scheduling product demonstrations, and offering support to clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the system.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in at least one of the following languages**:Telugu, Hindi, or Kannada**.
- Ability to communicate effectively in **English, Tamil, or Malayalam**.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage customer data accurately and confidentially.
- Comfortable working independently from home with the ability to manage tasks and time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
