**Responsibilities**:

- Internal & external communication
- Sampling
- Assist in the creation of purchase orders and maintain accurate records of product details, pricing, and inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure that they meet our quality standards and ethical practices.
- Conduct regular store visits to analyze product performance and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure our product offering remains relevant and competitive.
- Giving shipping instructions and the following shipping procedures
- Maintaining proper production reports and files

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and retail with a good understanding of the latest trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
