**Job Summary**: As the Manager/Supervisor of the tailoring unit, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the tailoring operations. This includes managing a team of tailors, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and managing resources to meet customer demands. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the tailoring unit while delivering high-quality tailored products to clients.

**About Company: - **Anduril Retail manufactures and imports more than 4000+ different products from across the world and retails them in India along with exporting them worldwide.

- 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of tailors and support staff.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills.

**Production Planning**:

- Work closely with the design and sales team to understand production requirements.
- Create production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials to maintain smooth production flow.

**Quality Control**:

- Establish and maintain quality standards for finished products.
- Inspect and review finished garments to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues or defects that may arise during the production process.

**Cost Management**:

- Optimize resource utilization to minimize production costs without compromising quality.
- Monitor expenses related to materials, equipment, and labor to stay within budget.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools and equipment for the tailoring team.

**Customer Relations**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their specific tailoring needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations related to tailoring activities.

**Innovation and Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest tailoring trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tailoring, garment production, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of tailoring techniques, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Proficient in using sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in the tailoring industry.
