**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pattern Making**: Design and create precise patterns based on individual measurements and design specifications.
- **Tailoring**: Sew, alter, and finish garments with exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring a perfect fit and high-quality finish.
- **Fabric Selection**: Advise on fabric choices that suit the design and comfort needs of children’s clothing.
- **Client Consultation**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on style, fit, and fabric.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all garments meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- **Mentoring**: Share knowledge and skills with junior tailors and apprentices to maintain a high standard of workmanship.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a tailor, with a strong focus on children’s clothing.
- Expertise in pattern making, garment construction, and fitting.
- Proficiency in using sewing machines and hand stitching techniques.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients.
- Creativity and a strong sense of style, particularly in children's fashion.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
