**Job Summary**: Sampling Tailors Master are responsible for constructing, altering, repairing, or modifying garments for companies based on the specifications, needs, and preferences. Take measurements, assist in fabric selection, and arrange fittings to determine whether additional adjustments are needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Discussing design, alteration, or repair requirements with Manager/HOD to ensure that their specifications are met.
- Taking sample measurements using a tape measure.
- Accurately recording measurements, instructions, and preferences.
- Attaching labels to the garments to prevent any errors.
- Modifying garments according to the instructions, which includes tapering pant legs, lining sheer garments, removing pockets, and adding padding etc.
- Altering garments to improve comfort and fit, which includes shortening sleeves or straps, narrowing lapels, as well as taking in or letting out seams.
- Repairing garments, which includes patching or sewing tears and holes.
- Constructing garments based on the design ideas, specifications, and preferences.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 10 - 12 + years in similar role.
- Sound knowledge of fabrics as well as clothing design and construction.
- The ability to use a sewing machine.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Outstanding sewing skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Detail-oriented.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
