We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Back Office Executive. This role combines administrative support and customer service, ensuring smooth operations in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:
**Back Office Duties**:

- Handle data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Support inventory management and supplies ordering.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about services and assist with client needs.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Skills**:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass)

**Experience**:
