**Role Overview**

The Digital Marketing Executive of Samagra Progressive Learning Pvt Ltd is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline communication strategies targeting media and industry engagement, to promote the value of Samagra's offerings to the SME Entrepreneurs & Startup organizations. We are looking for a social media champion and creative individual who can create an impactful engagement and solid brand awareness on a variety of social media platforms from LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to Twitter, and Pinterest for a wide spectrum of clients. You will get to work on creating and executing social media strategy and create engaging content

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a multi-pronged social media approach for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube for audience growth, high engagements, and driving website traffic.
- Create organic social media posts and campaigns to drive thought leadership for clients.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies of awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and manage social media and content calendars across multiple accounts.
- Write creative and engaging posts for all platforms for b2b audience.
- Work with the in-house team and external agencies to create engaging graphics and videos assets for social media channels.
- Analyse and measure key metrics for audience growth, engagement and desired actions.
- Experiment with various content to understand what works and pivot the strategy as needed to achieve or exceed outcomes.
- Measure everything and create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on social media engagement, audience growth for every platform to share with internal teams and clients.

- Generate ideas for innovative Lead Marketing Campaigns & Generate leads for the sales team

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
