- Requirement gathering from clients/Stakeholders & maintain the document.
- Execute test cases based on test plans and scripts. Document results and report any defects or issues encountered.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools. Work closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved on time.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test reports.
- Review and analyse system specifications and requirements to understand testing needs and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Prepare and configure test environments and test data as needed for test execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA team members, to ensure smooth communication and understanding of testing requirements.
- Provide feedback on software usability and functionality and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.
