**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories showcasing handicrafts and artisan profiles.
- Write compelling captions and content tailored to our brand voice.
- Collaborate with artisans and the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong writing skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Passion for handicrafts, art, and culture.
- Familiarity with social media trends and analytics tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
