Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns: Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and YouTube.

Social Media Management: Handle Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Schedule posts, engage with users, and manage DMs/comments.

SEO/SEM: Optimize website content and videos for organic reach. Manage paid ads for search visibility.

Content Strategy: Work with the creative team to produce engaging reels, posts, newsletters, and blog content.

Lead Generation: Run paid campaigns and track ROI through conversion metrics.

Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., to track performance and prepare insights.

Website Coordination: Liaise with developers for updates, landing pages, and website performance.

Graphic designs - Must have Knowledge of Graphics design and video editing.

**Required Skills**:
3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in a service-based or spiritual niche).

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.

Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, and content creation.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, ChatGPT, and Mailchimp

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.

A portfolio of past campaigns or content (if available) is preferred.
