**Outbound Calling**:

- Initiate outgoing calls to individuals or businesses based on provided leads or databases.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and provide relevant information.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport to create a positive interaction.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for interested customers with the appropriate sales representative or department.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and guide customers through the sales process.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs, lead information, and outcomes.
- **Objection Handling**:

- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate responses to alleviate concerns.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve overall performance.

- **Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines**:

- Follow provided scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to individual customer needs.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to enhance sales pitches.

**Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
- Communicate admission requirements, deadlines, and decisions to applicants.
- Daily work report should be updated at 9pm
- Updating the students information by offline or online

**Office Timing**:

- Normal working hours will be 10.00am to 06.00pm
- Additional hours will be work from home**:

- Sundays will be working on seasonal period**

**Event Coordination**:

- Represent the institution skilled workshops, fairs and other recruitment events as per the requirements.

**Policy Adherence/ confidentiality**:

- Stay informed about institutional admission policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that all admission processes adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain professional communication outsourced resources for marketing purpose
- As per the performance track company can vary the salary according to performance index
- Holidays will not be applicable as per the students academic calendar
- If resignation needed kindly update 2 months prior
- Salary Increment and other incentives will be under academic proper rules and regulations
- Office working days will be 6 days in a week**:

- Should be collaborate with social media team for making the info promotion videos

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to Relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
