**About the Role**
- **We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day activities of our premium hospitality property. The role requires balancing guest satisfaction, team coordination, and smooth front office operations. **Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations including check-in/check-out and guest assistance.
- Build strong guest relationships; manage feedback and encourage positive reviews.
- **Follow company SOP strictly for smooth functioning.**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure rooms and facilities meet high standards.
- Manage online and direct reservations with proper follow-ups.
- Record and monitor daily sales, expenses, and maintain day book entries.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Maintain neatness and efficiency at the front desk and lobby area.
- Keep accurate records of ID proofs, bills, warranty cards, and related documents.
- Report daily function & operations updates to the Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Hospitality/Business/Travel & Tourism preferred).
- Minimum **1 year experience** in the hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and reservation software.
- Strong communication skills and guest-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work in **flexible shifts and timings**.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 (based on experience and interview performance).
