**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, or inquiries
- Promote and explain our solar products and services clearly and confidently
- Upsell and cross-sell to new and existing customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead details in CRM or Excel
- Follow up with leads to schedule site visits or technical meetings
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Share customer feedback, queries, and requirements with the relevant departments
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service
- Proficient in spoken Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
