Position: IT Trainer

**Location**: Cadd Centre Nashik, Vidya Vikas Circle, Near Matoshri, Behind Rajlaxmi Bank, Thatte Nagar, Nashik

**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on various IT topics including C, C++, JAVA,.NET, Testing, CPP, Data Analysis, HTML & CSS, Python, and Full Stack development.
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and resources to keep the curriculum current with industry standards.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance learning.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, projects, and assignments.
- Offer guidance and support to students to help them succeed in their learning objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT and software development to ensure high-quality training.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to maintain high training standards and a supportive learning environment.

## Requirements:

- **Education**: BE in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching or industry experience.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in C, C++, JAVA,.NET, Testing, CPP, Data Analysis, HTML & CSS, Python, and Full Stack development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

## Salary:

- Depends on Skills (Up to 2 lac/annum)
