**Job description**:
The Social Media Executive will lead the company's marketing initiatives across various platforms to increase brand awareness, user engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role will develop, execute, and optimize innovative social media strategies and campaigns tailored to target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the company's presence across social channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Formulate a cohesive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and key performance indicators.
- Plan and execute creative social media campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives.
- Create compelling, on-brand content (text, images, videos, graphics) to resonate with audiences and drive engagement.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Monitor social media conversations and respond promptly to comments and inquiries.
- Leverage social listening tools to gain audience insights and identify trends.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on reach, engagement, traffic sources, conversions, etc.
- Stay updated on emerging social media tools, platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated marketing campaigns promoting brand content.
- Ensure adherence to social media guidelines, policies, brand voice, and legal compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and analytics.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in social media management, advertising, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing, and user-generated content strategies.
- Experience with graphic design and photo/video editing software.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of social efforts.
- Superior project and time management skills.
- Passion for social media with an active presence across major platforms.

This is a full-time role based at the company's corporate headquarters, with the possibility of working extended hours to engage audiences in real-time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
