**Job Title**: Social Media Intern
**Reports To**: Social Media Manager
**Location**: Remote/In-Office
**Duration**: 3 months & 6 months

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (e.g., posts, stories, graphics, videos) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally.
- Analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new trends to inform our strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Assist in planning and executing social media contests, giveaways, or promotional events.
- Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
