**Working Days**: Monday to Friday
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month _(based on experience, negotiable)_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recording daily transactions and maintaining updated books
- Creating GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory returns
- Performing bank and GST reconciliation
- Preparing and sharing weekly financial reports
- Following up with clients for payments and processing vendor payouts
- Managing salary disbursements
- Maintaining organized documentation and handling contracts
- Coordinating with banks and handling personal finance tasks
- Supporting miscellaneous administrative and financial activities

**Requirements**:

- Completed a degree of Bachelors/Masters in Accounts, CA Intermediate, Business, or a related field
- Good communication skill
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to details
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- 100% compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- No delays in payroll and financial reporting
- Accurate reconciliations and efficient tracking of expenses
- Consistent follow-ups for receivables and payables

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of accounting experience (preferably under a CA)
- Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and tax filing processes

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
