**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Mumbai, Lower Parel

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing industry

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Purchase Handling**:

- Manage the purchase process from vendor selection to payment.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases.
- Import knowledge about purchase.

**2. Booking Purchase & Approval**:

- Ensure accurate and timely booking of all purchase transactions.
- Obtain necessary approvals for purchase orders and invoices.

**3. Rate Approval**:

- Review and approve purchase rates to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Negotiate favourable terms with suppliers to optimize costs.

**4. Purchase Order in Tally Software**:

- Utilize Tally software to create and manage purchase orders.
- Maintain updated records of purchase orders and related documentation.

**5. Expenses Booking & Filing**:

- Record and classify expenses accurately in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain organized filing systems for expense documentation.

**6. General Accounting Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required.

**7. Knowledge of Statutory Compliances**:

- Stay informed about relevant statutory regulations and ensures compliance.
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory returns and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Tally software and other accounting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Familiarity with taxation laws and regulations is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
