**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in managing daily operations and implementing school policies and procedures.
- Support teachers with curriculum planning, classroom management, and professional development.
- Work with students, parents, and faculty to maintain a positive school climate that promotes student engagement and achievement.
- Oversee student behavior management, addressing disciplinary issues and creating intervention strategies as needed.
- Monitor and support student progress, working with teachers and counselors to address academic or social challenges.
- Assist in the evaluation and development of faculty and staff to ensure high standards of teaching and student outcomes.
- Coordinate extracurricular activities, assemblies, and events that promote school spirit and student involvement.
- Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, budgeting, and school-wide communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field (required).
- At least 3-5 years of teaching or administrative experience in a K-12 setting; prior experience in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong understanding of school operations, curriculum standards, and best practices in teaching and student management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve conflicts efficiently and respectfully.
- Proficiency with educational technology and administrative software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Performance bonus
