Admission Counselor

Responsibilities:
Walk-in Conversion: -Engage with walk-in visitors, providing information about our programs and guiding them through the admissions process. Lead Qualification: -Assess and qualify potential students based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.
Admissions Guidance: -Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career prospects to prospective students.
Application Assistance: -Assist applicants in completing the admission forms and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
Interviews and Counseling: -Conduct interviews and counseling sessions to understand the aspirations of prospective students and guide them towards suitable programs.
Collaboration with Academic Departments: -Work closely with academic departments to stay updated on course details, faculty expertise, and any changes in admission criteria.
CRM Management: -Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaboration: -Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure alignment in efforts to attract and convert prospective students.
Performance Metrics: -Meet and exceed individual and team-based admissions targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
