Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and talkative college students to help manage a food stall at an upcoming one-day event at Mithibai College. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, customer service, and sales while being part of an exciting college event.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stall Setup & Decoration: Assist in setting up the food stall, arranging products, and decorating the stall to attract customers.
- Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with event attendees, engaging them in conversation and encouraging them to visit the stall. Answer any questions they may have about the food items.
- Food Item Selling: Handle the sale of food items, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring customers receive their items promptly.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately, ensuring the correct change is given and maintaining a secure cash box.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels throughout the event, ensuring that items are restocked as needed and that all products are displayed attractively.
- Promotional Activities: Actively promote the stall and the food items being sold, using creative techniques to draw in more customers.
- Event Support: Assist with any additional tasks as needed, such as handing out flyers, helping with event logistics, or cleaning up after the event.

Qualifications:

- Education: Currently enrolled as a student at Mithibai College or a nearby institution.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to engage with customers and promote products effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and carry light loads (e.g., food items).

Additional Requirements:

- Availability: Must be available for the entire duration of the event, including setup and cleanup times.
- Dress Code: Comfortable and presentable attire appropriate for the event.
