KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tender Management: Understand and analyze government contract requirements, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare and coordinate the submission of tenders, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing proposals. Ensure adherence to all deadlines and submission standards for tenders.
Document Preparation: Draft, review, and manage all documentation related to tenders and contracts, including technical specifications, compliance documents, and financial proposals.
Collaborate with technical and financial teams to gather and compile necessary information.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents.
Compliance and Legal Review: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government procurement regulations and ensure all tender and contract documents comply.
Liaise with the legal department to review and finalize contracts and agreements.
Coordination and Communication:
Act as a point of contact between the company and government agencies for tender and contract matters.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Record Management:
Establish and maintain an organized filing system for all contracts, tenders, and supporting documents.
Regularly update records and archives as per company policy.
Risk Management: Identify potential risk areas in tenders and contracts and suggest mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on the progress of contracts to ensure timely and full compliance with terms.
Continuous Improvement: Seek and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tender and contract documentation.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
