**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry in Tally
- Enter financial transactions, invoices, purchase orders, and sales data.
- Record journal entries and update ledger accounts.

**Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all data entered.
- Organize and ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

**Reconciliation**
- Assist in reconciling accounts, bank statements, and inventory records.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate financial reports and statements as needed.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- **Support Functions**:

- Coordinate with the accounts team for data verification.
- Handle queries related to data discrepancies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum **12th Pass** or **Bachelor’s Degree** in Commerce or related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime** is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- **Other Skills**:

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in handling accounts and finance-related data.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other financial compliances.
