We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with advanced Excel skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data in various systems. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the integrity of data and assist in generating reports and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input, update, and maintain of data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, and macros to analyze and manage data efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform data cleansing and ensure consistency across all data sets.
- Assist with data reconciliation and ensure the data aligns with business needs.
- Support team members with data-related tasks and troubleshooting.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Perform other administrative and data entry tasks as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, data manipulation).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of other data management tools or software is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with MS excel.
- Previous experience in data analysis or reporting.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time
- Office-based
- Standard office hours with potential for overtime during peak periods.
